I’m Mia Solange Patiño, a visual artist born in Austin and raised in Panama, where I developed a lifelong connection to art and storytelling. My creative voice is shaped by dual cultural identities and a deep emotional lens, translating memory and feeling into visual form through photography, painting, and mixed media. I recently graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Studio Art from Florida State University, where I explored themes of emotion, identity, and space. My work invites viewers into raw, often vulnerable spaces — to pause, reflect, and feel something real.
